What can I say Dillon is amazing. He had a vehicle that I was interested in and we went in to start the process. Dilli9n arranged a date that was convenient for me to come out and test drive. When I arrived he had it pull right up front and ready to go. He let me take my time with the test drive and went over every detail and questions that I had. The vehicle was great just didnt have all the options that I was looking for. Even though I did not go with it Dillion promised that he would keep an eye out for me and would check back with me to help in my search. This dealership is beyond amazing and Dillon is the best. Thank you for everything 😁

Long story short, even though I have not met anyone face to face because I bought a car from them remotely, I would have no second thoughts about buying from them again and would highly recommend MMKC.I had sporadically searched Autotrader for a black Audi 2000 era TT coupe with manual transmission. MMKC had a 2001 advertised so I started the text conversation, asked them to send a video of the car starting and a walk around. They answered my questions promptly and I gained confidence with each correspondence. They provided Carfax which was good but definitely had reservations about buying a car sight unseen. They suggested hiring an independent mechanic for an inspection which I did. The mechanic found 2 issues and MMKC said they would take care of so I bought the car and made it official using DocuSign (all this while on vacation in Hawaii). Car was serviced and ready to ship to Seattle in 3 days. One of the story lines of shipping was my choice of shippers changed twice due to my losing trust in the shipper and cancelling. Someone had called MMKC that they would be picking up the vehicle after hours and to leave it outside the fenced area with keys but MMKC knew better and refused. They were watching out for me and were as concerned as I was to have car shipped safely. Car finally arrived in Seattle and I couldn’t be happier with the car. Title arrived certified mail as they promised. My dealings with MMKC have been more competent and professional than many experiences I’ve had with car dealers face to face.
